1/2 Beef Box

1/2 of a finished, processed calf.  A 1/2 beef box will contain the same cuts as 1/4 calf, but multiplied by 2. If purchasing 1/2 calf, certain substitutions can be made to savory cuts by contacting us directly.  For example, fajita packages for chuck roast.  Substitutions are dependent upon availability at time of purchase.
