1/4 Beef Box

Approximately 1/4 of a finished, processed calf.  A 1/4 beef box will contain approximately 90-100 pounds of frozen cuts. Cuts include 4 ribeye steaks, 6 New York Strip Steaks, 4 sirloin steaks, 4 tenderloin filets, 40 one pound packages ground beef,  2 London Broil, 2 chuck roast, 4 assorted (our choice) roasts,  4 osso bucco, and 2 packages beef short ribs.
