1/8 Beef Box

1/8 of a finished, processed calf.  A 1/8 beef box will contain approximately 45-50 pounds of frozen cuts. Cuts include 2 ribeye steaks, 3 New York Strip Steaks, 2 sirloin steaks,  2 tenderloin filets,  20 one pound packages ground beef, 1 London Broil, 1 chuck roast, 2 (our choice) assorted roast, 2 osso bucco, and 1 package beef short ribs.
